Evolutionize my logo

Hi I need my company logo redesigned. Evolutionize I believe it is called. It is 30 years old. Like how batmans suit has evolved over the decades. It has not changed much and the original concept is still there. another example is how the car BMW has evolved over the decades. Much cooler and James Bondish than it was 40 years ago.
