We are currently seeking a talented Product Design Team Lead who embodies both the artistic vision and organizational ability to lead our production teams.

Role Overview:

As a Product Design Lead at Polyform, you will be at the forefront of guiding our production teams both creatively and operationally. This role is essential to ensuring the successful delivery of customer-facing engagements. You will be leveraging your skills in Product Design and Producing to lead our team of creative technologists towards achieving award-winning results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire your production team to ensure creative excellence in every aspect of our projects and customer touchpoints.

  • Oversee the conceptualization and execution of creative strategies, ensuring alignment with Polyform’s vision and goals.

  • Collaborate closely with various production departments to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to project delivery.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

  • Foster an environment of continuous learning and development within the team.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements, integrating new and innovative ideas into projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, within a Product Design Studio or Agency setting.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design excellence and successful project management and delivery.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

  • Proficiency in Digital Product Design for a variety of industries.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
