About the Role

The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual aspects of our brand, our marketing, and our overall online presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable thinking, an innovative mindset, and the ability to transform concepts into inspiring designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branding: Maintain and evolve the company’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels.

  • Digital Design: Design graphics for our website, mobile apps, social media, and other digital platforms.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to produce visuals that resonate with our target audience and enhance user experience.

  • User Interface (UI) Design: Collaborate with our product team to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our software applications.

  • Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring our designs remain modern and competitive.

  • Feedback Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, refine designs, and ensure the final products reflect our brand values and objectives.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the tech or SaaS sector.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.

  • Knowledge of web design best practices, including responsive design.

  • A portfolio that showcases a diverse range of designs, especially in a digital environment.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • An intrinsic drive for perfection, attention to detail, and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

  • Familiarity with sustainability or eco-tech concepts is a plus.
